Give the application download time
The first visit downloads the hosted PhotoCraft Web build. If the workspace remains on its startup screen, wait for the application assets or use Retry editor after checking the connection.
Change the graphics backend when needed
Use the toolbar’s Automatic, WebGL2 or CPU option. The official release documents these alternatives. Changing the graphics mode reloads the workspace and can discard current edits, so download your work first.
Use the available editing space
Full screen gives dense panels more room. On phones try landscape, while a desktop keyboard and mouse remain the preferred setup. This is a layout aid, not a promise that a large PSD will perform well on every device.
Check the document after startup
A working editor and a correctly imported PSD are different checks. If only one document fails, preserve the original and compare another small file before changing browsers or assuming all PSD support is unavailable.

Questions, answered.
Will Retry editor preserve my edits?
Treat a restart as destructive to open unsaved work. Download the file before retrying or changing graphics mode.
Is CPU mode guaranteed to handle a huge PSD?
No. It is a compatibility fallback and can be slower. Device memory and document size still matter.
Is there a desktop alternative?
The PhotoCraft official application page links the upstream desktop versions and source.
